CHUNG CHING LOON, the visionary founder of Smart One Group Sdn Bhd, has a story rooted in resilience and determination. Before establishing the company, Chung started his journey solo, selling a variety of pet-related products at local pasar malam (night markets). Through hard work and a deep passion for pets, he gradually expanded his business, transitioning from market stalls to a small store.

In 2020, driven by ambition and a desire to create a lasting impact in the pet care industry, Chung invested all his savings into founding Smart One Group Sdn Bhd. With the establishment of a dedicated warehouse, he significantly expanded operations, entering the digital marketplace through platforms like Facebook & Shopee. This bold move allowed Smart One Group to reach customers nationwide, offering a wide range of high-quality, affordable pet accessories.
